The Key Eau de Vie Distillery is private family-owned and operated, located on the outskirts of Snowy Mountains and Blowering Dam Lake, in the green valley of Gilmore.
We distill five varieties of Eau de Vie, commonly known as Rakija or Grappa. All of five varieties are in Premium category, greeting and welcoming millennial’s generation’s trend in Luxury beverages.

A quality Eau de vie consumes 20-25kg of apricots or William pears or 10-12kg of muscat grapes or plums of first-rate fruit. Because we are focused on the finest fruit distilled spirits, the fruits we use to make it have to be fully ripe and have the perfect level of sweet and sour flavor. Using only the finest sourced fruit that preserves flavour eliminates the need to use any artificial elements like sugar, sulfates etc. We do this in the same way that I have learned from three generations of distillers in my family.
