Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please select your products carefully, as “The Key Eau de Vie” Distilling Co. does not accept returns given for goods because of a change of mind, if you selected the incorrect product, misinterpret the confirmed order and/or carton configuration/product quantity, you no longer require them, or they are incompatible with your sensory taste, once the goods have been dispatched to the addressee.
